pikki Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 Nope ,make sure you have all the proper documentation, for all the employments (which includes tax returns docs, w2's, employment letter , agreements letters for all the comp , pay stubs etc etc) , be confident and be ready to explain the question they ask. I had two approved petitions in 2011, but used only one h1b (since i have to leave my first job for some reason and the second comp filed a new h1b), I went to hyd consulate this june first week, and the interview went for about 25 mins, so be prepare to produce any docs they ask, and be confident and be clear in what u say. (need to post a thread on my visa exp soon ) Good luck, Quote
