ok i am really scared person i get scared for very lil things

when i was kid i used to see ahhat..it used to come on fridays...if we miss we can see it on sunday mid night anamata...so once i misse on fridayy i had seen it on sunday night and i was shit scared to go and sleep in my room so i slpet in the hall only and covered my self in the blanket compltely i felt something was in frount of me i lowered the blanket but nothing was there i did these 3 times 4th time my dad came to drink water..i was shivering so he came to see and when i lowered i had seen his face and shouted so badly that all my neighbours came from that day i did not see aahata
