Ba In Health Care Domain And Finance Domain

Hi all,

My is name Anupama. I am a student persuing my Masters in Software Engineering.I am aspiring to persue my career as a Business Analyst.I have basic knowledge on BA but no domain knowledge.
I want to learn about health care and finance domains.

Please help me by sharing information about these domains.Let me know of any links, materials etc.Your quick response will be appreciated.

if u really wanted to go into the financial or health care,Getting into BA,Lot of ppl outside and there will not be so many BA's in a company ..even thpough its a big company it will have a max of 5 - 6 BA's dealing with all the project they are doing...!!

My suggestions go for a development side ie SQL/JAVA/Dot Net or PL/SQL.

These have lot of scope in the future.And u can really have a gradual growth in the development side regarding the pay or what ever like a programer can become a TEAM LEAD/MANAGER and so on depending on their smartness.

This Tools and BA stuff..Naa...!!i dont think so...

This is my Opinion.I work as a SQL developer with verizon and this is what i feel.!!
