[size=5][color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]Indore: Inspired by actor Aamir Khan's popular reality show "Satyamev Jayate", two adolescents recorded a goon beating up a child of neighbourhood and showed the footage to SSP on Friday with request for action.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]The intrepid adolescents--a girl of class nine and a boy of class 10 --first contacted Child Line after seeing number on Satyamev Jayate and then approached the SSP.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]They had also contacted Gwaltoli police station but their complaint was not entertained.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]Both are the residents of Modi compound under Chhoti Gwaltoli police station.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]The children told that the accused Chandan Singh Pawar and his family members often terrorise residents of the locality, claiming contacts with high and mighty including police officers.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]The children brought CCTV camera footage in which the accused along with kin was seen beating Ajay, a poor boy in neighbourhood. Ajay mostly is alone at home because his mother is dead and father, a driver, is often out.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]In the application to the SSP, the children informed that despite complaining to Chhoti Gwaltoli police on May 29, the accused again beat up the hapless victim on May 30.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]The second incident prompted the upset complainants to call on the number gramme 'Satyamev Jayate'.[/left][/font][/color]


[color=#000000][font=verdana, sans-serif][left]Childline coordinator Deepesh Chouksey helped the children reach out to senior superintendent of police (SSP) A Sai Manohar. The victim also showed bruises on his body caused during beating by the accused. The SSP examined the CCTV footage and ordered town inspector of Chhoti Gwaltoli police Anil Singh Rathore to take immediate and stringent action against the accused.[/left][/font][/color][/size]
