· List software components of all WebSphere Commerce editions.
· Describe the features and subsystems of Enterprise, Professional and Express Editions.
· List WebSphere Commerce and WebSphere Application Server administration tools.
· List additional software that is supported with WebSphere Commerce, including integration software.
· Identify where to find current IBM support information.
· Describe payment concepts.
· Describe WebSphere Commerce data architecture (information model).
· Describe the supported system topologies as well as hardware and software requirements of WebSphere Commerce.
· Describe the supported paths and tools for migration from previous versions of WebSphere Commerce.
· Describe the user roles associated with WebSphere Commerce.

v [b][u]Section 2 - Install and Configure IBM WebSphere Commerce (20%)[/u][/b]
· Perform quick and custom installation, and configuration in both single and multi-tier environments.
· Create required instances using Configuration Manager or command line tools.
· Set up and configure staging and authoring servers.
· Use Configuration Manager to alter instance settings.
· Implement security features.
· Verify the installation and configuration.
· Troubleshoot a failed installation or configuration.
· Federate a WebSphere Commerce instance into a Network Deployment cell.

· Describe the concepts of store archives and store assets as well as which store models are available.
· Publish the appropriate store archives to support the selected business model.
· Launch the published store and verify its functionality.

· Configure store features, such as store settings, store flow, store style, pages, and logo.
· Configure scheduler jobs to support store features.

· Run the loading utilities to prepare and load data.

· Describe when and how to perform system maintenance tasks including log file cleanup and database cleanup.
