In order to meet business expectations DODD is seeking to augment state staff with contracted resources in this space for 6 months. This position is critical to mainataining a high level of software and will ensure health and safety of DODD consumers accessing DODD Internet based applications including eIDS, Medicaid applications and Incident tracking applications.

Tentative Interviews are scheduled for 7/16 and 7/17 with a start date of 7/24.

The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience, job knowledge.

[b]BA Requirements:[/b]
· Attention to detail
· Some background in “Information Architecture”
· Site Maps, Wireframes, Navigation Schema, Content Hierarchy
· Ability to aggregate an immense amount of detail and documentation and cross reference this information with user stories
· Ability to take a user story and anticipate some of the questions a developer may need to estimate and begin work
· Understanding at what level of decomposition a user story becomes “actionable”
· Driving the business to create additional user stories as needed
· Willingness to take the steps to draft potential user stories on behalf of the Product Owners and then push for approval
· Liason between the development team and the Product Owners
· Providing clarification to all parties when needed
· Embedded with the development team, such that questions that arise in development flight can be addressed quickly
