Make sure what ever you mentioned in the resume, you should know each and every word. Spend sometime on resume because it will helps you to get confidence while u r with vendor and client calls.[/b][/size] [size=5][b]2. If you know every thing from resume, you will be confident, Because you can give the information to a person who is asking you in the resume only.(Just like directions)[/b][/size] [size=5][b]3. Dont be fast and dont be slow, Speak clearly and make sure whatever you are saying is correct or wrong make sure the listener is understanding.[/b][/size] [size=5][b]Following are the steps to handle client calls either telephonic or FACE 2 FACE(How to prove you are worth to the company)[/b][/size] [size=5][b]1) KEEP SMILE ALWAYS with greetings[/b][/size] [size=5][b]2) Be prepare to answer the common interview question " Tell me about your self"[/b][/size] [size=5][b]here you should tell what you achieved in your past projects either you are a fresher or experienced and you should tell how much you are worth to them[/b][/size] [size=5][b]3) Client will ask interviews based what you achieved in the past and the client requirements. When ever a client is asking a question they are having issues in that area. Thats the reason jobs are created and people get interviewed.
