· The candidate should have a minimum of seven (7) years software development experience in [b]Java, J2EE, Web Services and Perl.[/b]
· Needs to work with on-shore and off-shore developers.
· Thorough understanding of [b]relational database (SQL Server)[/b] and object oriented methodologies.
· Hands on experience with [b]Eclipse IDE[/b].
· Some experience [b]with SalesForce[/b] will be a plus.
· Candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
