coffee Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 calipers replaced... few precautions... since we use remanufactured parts.. we need to be carefull with the parts.. exactly tat what happened 1. my bleeding screw was faulty on right side (front ) .... they are loosening and coming out when i tried to tighten them up so thus leaking break fluid out. so i kept my old bleeding screw http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=qbg7tCcWwOg 2. carry some extra break fluid with you as you might end up loosing some as i experienced yesterday.. and also carry some grease break cleaner. Because your rotors might get greasy so break cleaning will help 3. Luckily there is a cutting plair that tightened the break pipe, thus clotting break fluid as i remove and install new callipers. i ordered thse parts from rockauto any experince on how you returened core ? it is actually confusing [list] [*]Check that the parts are complete and in their original unmarked manufacturer part boxes.
