Position : US Contracts Manager

Timings : CST 9 to 5

Location : Hyderabad

Pay : 3.6 Lakhs per annum - sal will give more depends on experience

Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Immigration field including direct hands-on experience assembling and submitting H-1B visa petitions to USCIS and auditing Form I-9 for compliance.

Experience using Immigration Tracker for visa processing preferred.

Experience using Tracker I-9 preferred. Prior experience or exposure to USA Immigration process & procedure.

Should Possess a high professional approach.

Strategic planning, organizational development.

Successful in communicating with people at all levels and with other departments as needed to best serve the client’s needs.

Excellent Oral, written skills

Excellent knowledge of working with MS-Office tools.

Proficient with internet based recruiting search engines, MS-Outlook, Excel, WORD
Positive attitude

Knowledge in Contracts & recruitment for IT Staffing would be an added advantage.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRE

Must have or must be in the process of obtaining J-1 certification
Laws and updates pertaining to all immigration and Department of Labor issues
State anRegards,d federal laws, statutes, regulations, etc. pertaining to human resources issues
