This is very simpe one

1 spoon urad dal 1spoon chana dal and 1/2 cup peanuts roast chesukovali

then onion green chillies and these 3 dals mixie chesukovali konchem water add chesukuni..

the add corrinander powder, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, chilli powder to the paste...

vanakaya ni slits ga cut chesukuni fill chesi....

pan lo oil inka garlic chunks vesi then add these filled vanakaya directly...and place a lid... after these vanakaya are soft add rest of paste if anything is left..

add cilantro in the last few mins...
