ippude cheppe recipe around 15 vankayalaki.....

Ingredients

1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup nuvvulu (sesame)
1 big onion
1/2 spoon dhania
tamarind (quantity depends on your taste)
1/3 cup coconut (lekapothe cocunut powder, I prefer coconut)
red chilli powder, salt and oil
menthulu (max. 10 antha kanna ekkuva vesthe chedu ayipothundi gravy)
bay leaves (optional)

first pan lo peanuts, nuvvulu and dhania roast chesukovali...peanut pottu thesesukovali...
then 2 spoons oil vesi chopped onions golden color ki vache varaku fry chesukovali...vedi thaggaka

peanuts, nuvvulu, dhania, fried onions, cocunut (or cocunut powder), red chilli powder (4 vankayalaki 1 spoon, nenu koncham
spicy ga thinta....) salt, tamarind juice ni grind chesukovali.....okavela grind avvakapothe lite ga water add chesukovachu....make sure you don't add too much water...manaku paste kavali, juice kadu.....

a paste ni vankaya lo kurchali as shown in 1st pic....

pan lo oil vesi, koncham vedi ayyaka, menthulu cheyali, now comes most imp part of cooking....vankayalu oil lo dump cheyakunda, place chesinattu pettali...lid pettesi oka 5 mins tharuvatha side change cheyali...malli lid place
chesi inko 5 mins magganivali....kavali anukunte bay leaves vesukovachu....

our motive is vankayalu anni directions lo soft avvali at the same time shape intact ga undali....then rest of the paste vesesi around 15-20 mins cook chalu....
