gongura medium size kattalu 3, menthulu 1 spoon, avalu 1 spoon, minapappu 1/2 spoon, dhania 1/2 spoon, red chillies around 10 (spicy ga thine vallu inka ekkuva vesukovachu...nenu ayithe oka katta ki 5 red chillies use chestha...green chillies use chesthe ekkuva kalam undadu...better use only red chillies...inguva, turmeric and salt...

first gongura ni wash chesukovali...leaves kada entha fresh ga kanipisthunna matti untundi...

then dry it for one nite...oka blanket parichi, gongura leaves vati pyna parichi, fan kinda vadileyi....koncham water aunna ekkuva kalam bagundadu....

then oil lo fry chesukovali....mare deep fry avasaram ledu....then popu vesukovali....koncham inguva, lite ga turmeric and salt (depends on your taste)....first popu ginjalu oka round mixy pattali...pulses kada, thondaraga grind avvavu when compared to leaves.....then fry chesina gongura ni aa mixture lo vesi inko round grind chesthe chalu....

min. 1 month unthundi padu avvakunda...nenu last time chesindi 2 months unde...
