girishv Posted September 7, 2012 Report Posted September 7, 2012 pappu pulusu [b]ingredients:[/b] toor dal (kandi pappu), red chillies (1 medium cup dal ki 15 mirchi), 1 spoon dhania, 1 bunch garlic, 1 medium onion, 10-12 menthulu, tamarind, oil and salt.... [b]procedure:[/b] normal pappu laga kadu....koncham different style idhi First cooker lo 3-4 spoons oil add chesukuni, vedi ayyaka, pappu, red chillies, onions, garlic and dhania fry chesukovali...don't add salt (salt vesthe pappu boil avvadu)....fry chesthu unte, you can smell the aroma...too good unthundi...spicy thakkuva undi ani doubt vasthe inka konni red chillies add chesukovali... then 2-3 whistles vache varaku boil chesukovali...baga mash chesi, then tamarind juice and salt add chesukovali....entha sepu marigithe antha taste....
