ingredients:

1 dosakai, salt, red chilli powder, avapindi (mustard powder), turmeric and oil

e formula gurthu unte chalu, entha quantity ayina cheyavachu....salt:red chillipowder:mustard powder= 1:1.25:1.5

ante 1 spoon salt thesukunte, 1 n 1/4 spoon red chilli powder, 1 n 1/2 spoon mustard powder, that's it....as simple as it....or
2 spoons salt ayithe 2 and 1/2 spoons red chilli powder and 3 spoons mustard powder....

first, mustard ni pan lo vedi chesukovali...vedi ante roast kadu....just 1 min heat chesthe chalu...lekapothe grinder lo vesinappudu balls balls kinda grind avuthundi....free flow kavali ante lite ga heat chesukovali....

dosakai chinna chinna pieces ga cut chesukovali...seeds unna parledu...then pyna cheppina formula prakaram salt, red chilli powder and mustard powder, chitikedu turmeric vesi cut chesina doasakai mukkalatho kalapali....then pachi oil (do not boil the oil) add chesthe chalu.....nite chesthe next day afternoon kalla oori baguntundi....

avakai kuda same formula and same procedure....kani avakai min.2 days oorali....
