[/quote] I want to clarify one thing...if i get rid of car and pay my debt and buy a new car again...it would spike my credit history..edi kuda lawyers suggestion aey and he said i would get better loan ( more loan and better APR ) since i repayed 20k loan...ofcourse i wanted to buy a BMW adi kuda one reason...I talked to a couple of lawyers and talked to many friends...ippude improve avutunna credit history malla kelukovaddu nuvvu repay chesina it wont imporve so just ignore ani chala mandi chepparu so i IGNORED .
