An hour of rain in the morning resulted in the potholed road turning into a nightmare for motorists with parts of the stretch completely submerged in rainwater. While traffic jams on the road are a daily affair, on Friday it was particularly worse with several employees working in Hi-Tec City reaching work not before noon.
