W2 - You are mostly on the Client Payroll

Corp - 2 Corp - Corporation to Corporation - From your Employer to Another Employer who gets the Position for you.

Employer Details - Who holds your H1B - Your employer name should be there on your VISA ....

Dont get confused with all the above tax terms. You just need to know about

Corp2Corp : Client -> Vendor -> Employer -> You

W2 : Client -> Vendor -> You

since you have an EAD. you can work directly on vendor's payroll which is called W2 tax term and that way you make more money.

thank you so much..
But actually next year i am planning to file H1.

So If I go through employer it will be fine right ?
Bcoz I heard like some clients they wont offer H1.
