Required Skills

Project Requirements:
Hibernate
Struts2/Spring MVC
Basic Requirements:
Core Java (Java 5 or later)
Unit Testing
JUnit
One or more Mocking Frameworks (i.e. Mockito, EasyMock, etc.)
Core Spring
Knowledge about RDBMS and SQL
Spring JDBC and JDBC
Building with Maven
Eclipse IDE (i.e. Eclipse, SpringSource Tool Suite, IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), and etc.)
Subversion
Familiarity with Linux
Experience with Peer reviews
Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of Products (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Fisheye/Crucible)
Familiarity Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices]
Familiarity with Continuous Integration
Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Good communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team
