I accept calories ekkuva untayi....but migitha day antha diet follow avuthunnam kada...i mean fat food ekkada thinadam ledu....you are having egg whites, fruits, salads......so morning oatmeal thinachu....have your breakfast as a king, lunch as a prince and dine as a pauper annaru.....
