Depends on the Client. Some times it might be just Criminal/[color=#000000][font=sans-serif][size=3]Credit History, [/size][/font][/color]some time it can be include employment history as well. Whatever it might be give the correct DOB and SSN/Driving License( If required).

yes..backgrnd check chestharu..previous companies ki contact chestharu,,normal ga FT theeskune mundu chaala mandi frank ga open avtharu..they say that they wrkd in India and ikada genuine ga enni years o anni ani chepestharu..HR tho...client FT chesthundante vallaki mee avasaram chaala unde untadi..so i think its good to be open.
