Cpt To H1 Doubt

Friends,

e year visa apply cheyalekapoya so second masters join ayyanu. i am thinking of applying to cpt after two semisters that is in summer 2013 and then find a job and apply for h1 in open quota. Will be having any issues with this?? suppose april to h1 apply cheste from april to oct i will be working in cpt and then my status will convert form f1 to h1 and then will drop out the school.
