• 3-5 Years .Net programming experience (VB .Net or C#)
• 3-5 Years Team Foundation Server 2005 through 2010
• TFS Maintenance / Administration for 20+ developers
• Advanced Branching and Merging (3+ Concurrent Development Branches)
• Assembly Versioning
• Build Script creation, tuning, and complex customization.
• Rights and Access management in TFS
• Experience with multi-tier application
• Experience with build scripting through MSBUILD
• Exposure to Windows PowerShell Scripting
• Minimum 3 years project/team management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

[b]Preferred Skillset:[/b]
• TFS ALM/SharePoint management experience
• FXCop experience including customizing rules
• Exposure to Microsoft Enterprise Library 4.1 and 5.0
• Test automation experience
• Basic T-SQL exposure
• Experience with capturing and reporting software metrics
• Experience with ITIL
• Experience working with various software development life cycles
• Knowledge of UML / deployment modeling.
