I had it last year. One year every day 2 hours gym and 6 months p90x. food kooda only salads and grilled food tinevadini..

But last one year gaa jobs maari, busy life, no gym, junk food and other things lo busy ayyipoyi I lost most of the muscle.

6 pack is only a temporary thing. Rather than that try to stay fit and maintain a good body. from that point, if you really need a 6 pack you can build it in a few months.. but unless you are in movies and show off your body it's very rare that you flaunt your abs except to a girl in bed..

Rice, bread cut cheyy.. only vegetables, grilled chicken, grilled fish tinu.. rojuku oka one hour edo okati intense activity cheyy..

If you are just a few pounds heavier then oka 6 months..

If you are really over weight one year lo flat avutadi..

i had, oct 2010 nundi my work out start, 1st only 4 month s running and abs for flat stomach, den i started weights, 2011 aug i got 6 pack.
my diet
whey protien shake with milk + 2 boiled eggs(only white)
fruit juice (5 fruits(Green apple, pineaple, kiwi, banana, mango pulp with milk) office ki vachinappati nundi lunch varakuu taguthunee vuntaa water lekkaa

lunch 3 chapathi

evening 5:30 ki gym untill 7:30.
work out schdule:
30 minu running and 30 min abs common every day
monday -- chest 1 hour
tuesday -- shoulders
wednesday-- biceps and triceps
thurday -- back
friday ---legs
saturday -- rest
again repeat cycle)
after gym again protien shake.

night quaker oatmeal water posi 1 minute oven loo petti with non veg curry tho serveing.

weekely 5days non-veg
(monday beef
tuesday pork
wednesday chicken
thuresday daal
friday sea food
saturday chicken
sunday anu vegtable curry)

samruaiiii, I lost too much of weight, but tummy region lo loose skin undhi, swimming start cheddam ane plan lo unna, wat else for flat tummy?? I do not need any pack, tummy flat aithe chaalu, rice and bread thinadam maanesa almost 1 yr ayyindhi, any more suggestions are appreciated
