So the moral of the story is "STOP LYING WITH YOURSELF". For you she is not just a friend, its more than that. Also understand that if you break everything right away, then you will suffer little pain. But if you pursue more, you will end up with more unbearable pain.

The battle is already lost, accept it and back off. I might sound harsh, but its the only right solution now.
