[/quote] You cannot tell that you are on bench...OPT motham time lo u cannot be unemployed for more than 90 days. OPT time lo volunteering cheyachu and OPT extension lo it should be paid intership/job. ALso, if u are unemployed for more than 90 days on OPT you will be out of F1 status. Nuvu University ki kuda inform cheyali that u r jobless on the very 1st day in less than 24 hrs. You might have not done any of these as you maintained f1 status and now on h1. So u cannot tell VO you are on bench. Cheppi leni poni complications techukovaddu. Instead tell my pay rate was less when i was on OPT. That would be best answer. PS: Unpaid internship is different from unemployed.
