$40/hr along with Rental car expanses, Accommodation Cost, Free H1 and Free Green card processing and interview ledu and idi 2 yrs project with bonuses and increment after every 6 months.

The main responsibility is only just "COADING" and the person should work with other programmer who do the same job.
