resume 3 yrs experience ki 3 pages avg.......4 pages max........u did not mention whether your GA was in the same field that you worked for 3 years...ala unte 5+ years in xyz tech ani pettu....ledante 3 yrs realtime in xyz and 3 yrs as research assistant in abc ani pettu....
