Pre-requisites enti

We are planning to buying a property in India ( Haven't decide Land /flat or pre-constructed property ani)
we both are earning, annual sal both 150K, Nadi Fulltime job tannu consultant.

existing loans
auto loans 15k
rotating credit card balances 5K
we both have decent credit scores upto 700

50 L ki loan pedithey vastunda.
This will be our 1st big investment. Any suggestions are highly appreciated as we are totally new to this concept.

from how many years r u working? min 2 W-2 forms adugutharu. now a days banks r asking for credit scores, if both are working from 3+ yrs I mean (3 w-2s) and have cc>700 definite ga min 45-50L loan istharu.

yes na deggara 3 W2 unnai, credit scores kuda 650-700 madhyalo undi- she has upto 2 w2's thana score kuda healthy ganey undi upto 700
