kani processor speed and LTE (of course S3 lo kuda vundi LTE) is amazing.

Retina display is the king!!! Best display on any smart phone.
Just the speed by itself is well worth it to get an upgrade. Movies and videos are also very good on iphone 5 because of the 9:5 aspect ratio.

I have a personal iphone 5 and got S3 from company as corporate phone, i dropped both phones, my iphone 5 is still fine, S3 screen shattered and they had to replace the corporate phone.

btw, ip5 battery kuda very better, one charge on 4s used to last me till evening, with ip5 I can go till midnight now. I use ip5 heavily for email, texting etc, S3 only for meetings or tethering.
