Salaries went up for profs in engg colleges and other maintenance costs went up so engg fees have to be increased or the colleges won't break even..But YSR introduced fees reimbursement for most of the poor and disabled.. So because of that if you have good grades and if you can't afford your fees the govt will reimburse your tution fees.. I know 3 to 4 people who are studying just because of the fees reimbursement.. Dams and irrigation project list night vestaa.. I have to search my email for that.. Gym ki veltunna vachaaka vestaa.. Regarding the text in red, I don't want to discuss because I don't have any respect for him.. he is the root cause of casteism and a lot of other evils in the state and he finally got cheated by his own sons and son-in-law.. Someone who can't control his urges and marries at such a late age and some one who can't manage his own family is not fit to rule the state and truly so under his rule the state never really made any progress..
