congrats brother for ur new innovation.

few suggestions
1.site is a bit clumsy please make it more user friendly.
2.u have placed some ads in there like job postings,is it real or just fake,if real make sure your date is displaying as default like 1969 for every post
3.try to keep the visuals organized in ur home page.
4,you can visualize more for the forum postings like afdb.
5.last but not the least if u can keep a community for all the users who join means to say an online chat feature so people come get much closer and ur site will be continously hitting.
