im intrested in cognos but in poor in sql...if i keep 3 yr xp how much of knoweldge should we have for sql

cognos admin ithe sql skill not really needed..Developer ithe u need atleast basic skills but not in depth..but current trend lo just cognos ante job kastam..u need ETL skills and a tool like Data Stage..

P.S : i dont work in cognos so take advice from some one working on that platform
