Chitti_the_ROBO Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 New year resolution gaa weight loss avvali ani anukunna vallu andaru mari emeymi cheyddam anukuntunnarooo cheppandi vayya.. teleeni vallu telusukuntaru............. nenu aithey 1) after 7p.m no food.. only liquids 2) week ki one day fasting with only water or green tea or honey lemon juice 3) daily atleast 1 hr exercise or walking or yoga 4) konni rojulu total ga oil & salt aapeyyali ani undi but choodali kuduruthundoo ledhoo 5) daily minimum 5 max 6 lit WATER 6) no chips, no soda, [color=#ff0000]no alcohol[/color], 7) raw foods atleast couple of days in a week (mottham natural food .. vundikinchakunda) 8) cold water tho bath 9) kotthimeera juice, avacado, berry lu, braccoli, karivepaku FOOD lo undey laa choosukovadam and 10) cool ga tens padakunda undadam......... andariki GOOD LUCK .. oka target pettukondi entha thaggali anukuntunnaroo enni months lo.. without target kashtam naa target aithey 60 Lbs thaggali ani.... so lets try.. HARDWORK cheyakunda thaggali antey kashtam kadhaaa....... so ATB...

KrishnaJai Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Above diet is to reduce weight kada. After u reduce weight at some point u tend to eat as usually, then again u put up weight... what will u do to avoid it???
