SudhirKumar Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Okay..here we go General guidelines to reorganize or restructure public folders in Infoview 1. Make sure all the folders have proper naming convention according to their business needs 2. Give a short and neat description to each folder 3. Its better to have subfolder's instead of seperate new folder in case of sub-business (ardham chesukondi) 4. Make sure all reports have proper naming convention 5. List out all the scheduling instances of the reports and their details 6. Better to copy/paste the reports instead of cut/paste or instant move 6. After the move, schedule the instances back again and make sure all the scheduled ones are working fine..before shelving the old reports 7. Maintain proper documentation @ALL..inka emaina points necessary anukunte add them above and post the whole thread again nenu raasina vatilo mistakes emaina unna plzz mention
