Differes from client to client and role you are going to bhayya .. if its Support Role , SLA's untai in general ..Ticket model .. and each ticket tied to priority .. P1 - 2 hrs Very critical , P2 - 1 day , P3 3 days ala ..

If you going for implementation etc , deadline untundi .. Dev --> Stg --> Production ki flow , testing complete SDLC untundiii

Cool thanks bayya.. mine is APO + BW implementation project bayya..ya, regular SDLC process telusu,bcoz im SQL devloper.

BW easy gaane untada..? meeku telisi evaranna APO vallu unnara..?

APO+BW integration ante ok bhaayya .. I think APO(SCM) is as good as any other source system to BW ..

BW easy ante konchem parledu bhayya .. nuvvu trained antunnav kabatti should be Ok ,

Naaku evvaru telidu bhayya APO vallu ..

Nuvvu APO annaka just started reading some PDFs regarding APO bhayya ..

Looks like there is Demand planning application --> which loads data to BW and users run planning funtions in BW..
