i think you need to really concentrate on GRE and get at least 300.
your profile has many problems and if your GRE score is also less then you may find it very difficult.

UTD is costly on campus jobs are less kaani job compulsaru and you have a good GRE score exploit it work exp kuda vundhi so my suggestion would be
1) increase your toefl score to 100
2) apply for other universities.
