Provides technical knowledge to EHS Operations and subject matter experts relative to the incident reporting applications in response to service requests and inquiries
Develops technical design specifications for enhanced system functionality, provides technical support to EHS Operations, and facilitates testing once development is completed
Writes code for system designs that span platforms
Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and support of applications and integration with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
Manages development queues, maintains key metrics for the support team and provides status information to the EHS Initiatives Manager
Resolves requests for assistance in troubleshooting issues
Supports regression testing troubleshooting activities with the business analysts in support of system functionality releases, patches and upgrades

3+ years of work experience in IT
Strong communication and documentation skills
Strong data modeling skills
Experience with Java programming language and tools
Experience with Oracle and SQL
Experience working with SOAP, XML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL and similar technologies
Experience working with FileNet is a plus

[b]Education [/b]
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Management Information Systems preferred or additional equivalent experience
