KOTC Posted February 15, 2013 Author Report Posted February 15, 2013 oka database usually ga 10hrs padtunde plus 590gb copy chestunde,adi last week patch apply chesam 10.2.0.5 ki apati nuchi adi only 3 hrs lo avutundi kani only 220gb avutundi enduku ani antaru.database backup sucessfull ani chupistundi kani enduku kani time plus memory vary ayindi. same job run chestunam,script kuda em change cheyale em ayi untndi reason. mundu database version 10.2.0.1

[/quote] matter enti ante 10.2.0.1 lo unsused blocks kuda backup chestundi anta.adi 10.2.0.5 lo adi fix chesaru only used blocks like u said inka chala unnai RMAN fixs .Patch made all this changes

[/quote] inka question enti ante RAC with two nodes unai kani na local machine nuchi i can tnsping to only one node enduku antav? error emoTNS-12541: TNS:no listener nenu tnsnames.ora lo hostname peti try cheste a error ade hostname ip address echina same error tnsnames ela unnai ante oka e node a node ki echanu host names.second is well and good kani first node complaining no listenere listener up plus services kuda up

Endukala antaaru .. can any one provide starting point where to check
