Help On H1 Transfer

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any idea on what documents a Employer need to submit (not the Employee) to lawyer/USCIS as part
of the H1 transfer. Employer has never petitioned for H1/H1 transfer.

Or if some one knows good lawyer whom I can talk to, please PM me.
