[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]. in the find command means current dir [/font][/color]

[b][color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=4]if you want to find all the log files you can do this [/size][/font][/color][/b]
[b][color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=4]-name "*.log"[/size][/font][/color][/b]
[b][color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=4]similarly all xml's with "*.xml" and so on.. all txt's with "*.txt"[/size][/font][/color][/b]

Also, do this on the server.

man find

this "man find" will give you the manual for find command. you use man for any command.

like :

man ls
man rm
.
.
.
