Need H1B Information-Urgent Help Needed

Nenu ee year H1B file cheyali, but unfortunately na Project April 5th ki eipotundi, Na dagara vendor letter undi, saying that "Long Term Project with possible extension: ani.

Present marketing jarugutundi kani, edi set eia la leadhu. So nenu H1B petition present Job tho file chesi, after getting new job, Amendment
cheyavocha.

I mean updating documents with new client and new LCA etc..

Na present status OPT, next year file cheyadaniki option leadhu naku.

Please let me know.

As of my exp i am adding this..Vendor letter tho chey vachu kani risk challa vundhi anuduloo..RFE padee chancess ekkuvaa client letter lekapothee..Luck baguntee vendor letter tho kuda approve avavachu cheppa lemu (Very rare chances)..RFE padithee client and vendor support cheyaru as your out of project..

na doubt enti antea, epudu h1b petition vesam(regular processing), but after getting a job (oka 2 weeks after submitting h1b doc), manam already submit chesina documents ni change/modify/[b]amendment[/b] chesea chance unda???

approval is purely dependent on the company you are filing with.. mee employer ki anthak mundhu bad history emi lekunda. ani correct gaa untey. u r good..

edina history lo rejectiosn undi untey may come back and asdk more details. .then u need to be prepared to deal with the mess..
