I;ve read on Trackitt.com yesterday about this. Its a system glitch. Try to refresh the page after smetime, you should see that it has been "Approved"

kaani veelu ee year h1-b ki april1 nunchi april-15 daaka freeze annaru premium processing adhi only h1-b quota applications aah leeka all h1-b's applied during that period (like transfers, extensions) aah aneedhi correct gaa teleedhu..

Client letter lo business analyst ani undhi...masters software engineering lo chesthe current job field of study ki ela related ani vachindi RFE.
