Hi Friends

I am currently looking for a job. I got an oppurtunity to work in Message Broker in our area after a long time. I do not want to waste this oppurtunity.
I do not know the basics of Message Broker but I know Java and J2EE.
Please help in how to start with Message Broker? Anybody having any documents, pdf, please let me know. Please suggest me, if u know any training courses available in US.
And pls, suggest me how is the market for Message Broker.
