I'm thinking whether to move to prime vendor or not , Ma Prime vendor interested vunadu vadi payroll ki move avadaniki

Na immediate goal vachi getting fulltime job

Ipudu Na situvation Current H1B 1 yr ee approve ayindi , Few reasons why I wanted to change to prime vendor

1) H1b extension fee nanu pay cheymandu emp
2) Malli extension 1 yr ee vasthadi emo ani doubt.
3) Crt ga pay cheyatledu ,edo oka reason chepthunadu vendor nundi pay delay ayindi ani

Prime vendor ki move itey advantages

1)Pay time ki isthadu and benfits isthadu
2) I need not pay for my H1B
3)Primevendor employee itey H1b stamping chances peruguthayi

Ma prime vendor ki project renewal every year vuntadi , current situvation chustey baney vundi worst case lo vadiki renew avakapotey they say they will revoke my H1b

So worst case lo apudu naku options enti ,I think they revoke immediately with in a week, ee 1 week lo I guess finding new employer is easy chala mandi vunaru kad market lo.

So 1 week lopu new employer petition vestey , Premium lo max 1 month lo result vasthadi kada


Are my assumptions True ? Any suggestions ?

so, on long term.. if you want to in USA... better go with GC ..

If you are looking for short term money making.. go with prime vendor
