Hi

I have went to F1 visa to Hyderabad us consulate in August. It was rejected at that time. Now i am planning to go consulate to apply for visiting visa(Workshop invitation letter). Is there any changes to get visit visa. If it is rejected what are the other plans like can i apply for F1 visa. Because I want to come to USA.
