Thanks in advance [/quote] KK what i understand is ... final output progress bar ravali .. for the time between user download button click and pdf generation... right ? madhyalo time depends on - data from tables, n at Queue server, n actual pdf generation at Jasper.. are you doing it from scratch . or already start chesava ... present your code bit here .. we can do from there ...

[/quote] Yep, i had taken the existing code for generation, it goes to 4 different projects and calculates the data and finally sent to message consumer end. what the code to write da, itz nearly 3000 lines not possible, but tl me is der any way or api to get the response from queue server. Cuz queue works like a pipe, we push the data in one end and the response at the other end is unknown and unavailable.
