What I mean to say is, we no need to write any programming code like C, C++ , Java etc....,

As Oracle SOA is a middleware we need to have knowledge on XML concepts we won't be writing any XML logic manually everything is generated by JDev we need to know how to design the things by dragging and drooping set of Activity's/Components/Adapters in JDev.
