!15-Day Premium Processing Clock Stopped!

Hi all,

Mine was regular processing and just 10 days ago we made it premium.

On July 5, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case.


I am worried now. This happened around 3:00 PM yesterday CDT. I got an email about "Initial review".After that I don't see any update online. Its still in "Initial Review". It did not change to RFE any point of time as I did not get any email about RFE.

Can someone please explain what this means? Please reply if you are facing the same situation and what happened about it?

bhayya..if you have not had any rfe yet...this would be regarding your RFE...

as ling as you have client letter...there are 0% chances of the rejection...if you dont have the client letter and you say, that you are working from some client..then that would be a problem...

you should be good to go
