f1 to h4 change avvali since h1 did not get picked. so manam direct ga file cheysukovacha? or do we need to approach an attorney n file it through him? evarayina apply cheysara? any possible red flags if we apply directly?

I think you can apply directly...uscis lo I539 fill chesi docs and check mail cheyalani anukuntunna...not so sure abou da process,,,ny how wait 4 othrs 2 reply...
